Are You The Green Flag In Your Relationship?

You don’t need to give your partner your social media passwords to be in a healthy relationship (u nless you genuinely want to and they ask for it). As a society, we will always be keen to end up with people with great qualities or the walking green flags or even green forests. But we rarely check whether we possess all the qualities we search with our partners or potential partners. So today lets flip the script. Let's do a checklist today on ourselves. Shall we? You talk things out like an emotionally available adult  Even though it sounds cliché, communication is an important factor in a relationship. I think someone who is serious in a relationship will always be up for communication. Even when there is a moment of anger, disappointment or the need to sulk(yup!I would know), take your time but always come back to your partner to have a conversation on what is bothering you. You talk it out or argue a little if it needs to be for the moment, and completely forget about it....

Eat, Pray, Love: The Movie I Always Come Back To

I randomly watched the movie Eat, Pray, Love, as I am a huge fan of Julia Roberts. I went down her filmography rabbit hole and found this movie randomly. I watched this movie solely for her, but by the end of the movie, I learnt alot more than I anticipated. This is one such movie that could change a person’s perspective on life. Whenever I overthink too much or things feel heavy, I will come back to this movie now and then. I want to share what I take away from this movie, or just a simple reminder for you and me as well. We can never stay in the past and expect a different result Life has its way sometimes. Something you never expect happens in your life, and it strikes you like lightning. It might anger you, or it might be painful. It is normal to feel the emotions that arises even if they are negative. However, you cannot sit in those emotions for too long! No matter how much you try or relive the past, you can never actually change anything. In this movie, She goes through her ha...

5 Random Things I Tried Last Year That I Would 100% Recommend to You

I read somewhere that when you treat your leisure time as your main task and your job as a side quest, life would be much easier. I have to agree with it. We go to work, work on ourselves, and put effort into our relationship. All these things boil down to doing one very thing. That is enjoying your life. To have the freedom to do whatever we want. One significant thing that I learnt last year is that life is never meant for us to sit in any negative emotions for a long time.  In this mindset, I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried out a few random activities.  Played a Pickleball game And I totally loved it! It was the most hyped sports/game last year. There were courts built for this game everywhere. I stumbled upon this game, and I thought Why not? I played squash when I was very little. The racket still sadly looks at me to this day. After a long time, pickleball caught my eye. As someone who gets lost when people explain any rules of the game, it was pretty easy to un...

4 Gentle Ways to Stay on Track With Your Health Goals

Happy 2026! We are stepping into a new year. So many plans and desires to achieve this year or not. Either way, we are going to enjoy this year! I am sure there are many resolutions ahead! One common resolution that we see among people is to get healthy. Healthy weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, and simply consuming healthy food are all aspects of being healthy. If you are one of those people, it is an absolutely great decision.  An essential factor needed to reach your health goals, or any goal for that matter, is consistency. Quoting Elle Woods from Legally Blonde, “What, like it's hard?” Absolutely not. You just need some ways to make it more of a lifestyle than a goal to achieve.  Messy consistency over perfectionism Absolutely guilty of this! I just skipped my workout today, alright, let's eat whatever we want today and make it a cheat day! Yup, it happens! Sometimes we let our mood or other plans get in the way. After a tiring day of work, the thought of picking up ...
