3 Simple Shifts for a More Content and Focused Life

What if the biggest problems in your life aren’t really problems but how you see them? The amazing thing about life is you can create what you want! I strongly believe in this statement. You can either say that ‘Nah’, life always gets in the way, or there is always some problem that keeps showing up. I hear you. Honestly, I used to think the same way. In fact, I was so afraid to dream big because I might have to face with lot of problems. But guess what happened? There were other problems I had to face anyway.  This got me thinking. Am I only focusing on the problematic part of my life because that is the only thing I was exposed to? What if I start seeing the good part of my life and put more of my focus on it? I tried, and it actually works. Did certain issues in my life magically disappear? Nonnas- A movie full of hope

It is so rare to have a lingering feeling after watching a movie. All you want to think about is how heartwarming and warm the movie made you feel. Nonnas is such a movie that made me feel smile and hopeful after a long time. It was not a Netflix& chill day. I watched this movie when I felt a little down, and overall was not a good day. This movie was so optimistic and just threw me into a pool of positive thinking.
