10,000 Steps a Day: My Honest Experience After Nearly Two Years

I will not get medical advice from social media. It's just not reliable and creates unnecessary anxiety over health. However, the one thing that kept popping up on my feed was people talking about walking 10,000 steps. There were many testimonial videos showing people obtaining numerous benefits from this.
